This is a very nice old Stentor made by Selmer C alto mouthpiece from the early 1950s in all original condition. Only a small handful of these mouthpieces were made and are quite rare. It has a lovely warm sound that is on the darker side, but it packs a nice zippy buzz when pushed.

It is very free blowing, and although it is a C, as with a lot of Selmer pieces of this vintage, it feels more open. The table, tip, rails etc are all in brilliant condition.
