Miles himself answered the question "what do you look for in a new player" with "they've got to look like they know how to play". This is a late 70's horn made in the good old USA in Elkhart Indiana and you might know the early Bundy was actually a Beuscher True Tone so this horn is closer to a Beuscher and the Bundy II is not. The horn has it's little bumps and scratches but nothing could be called a major dent. The key works are good no issues and the pads are leather in good playing condition.
And a few were recently replaced and the horn was adjusted and checked for leaks (none). The mouthpiece is a Goldentone I believe made by Selmer or for Selmer and a working Ligature plus some very underrated Gonzalez Reeds.
The horn has the end cap and a very decent Bundy hard case in perfect working order and of course the original neck with a good cork. I have a return option on this horn because it will stand up to your scrutiny. This is the perfect horn for a new player and also for a more advanced reed player who wants to play an alto.
