MC Gregory 4A 18 Model A Alto Sax Mouthpiece just like Paul Desmond the Legendary sax man with Dave Brubeck. The mouthpiece has a few nicks and scuffs typical of a used mouthpiece. Some very minor tooth wear on the beak (hard to see) and a few very small nicks on the tip and rails but overall the Tip table and rails are in very good shape.

Still has original lapped finish from the factory. 068 The blue glass is not included in this sale. It is only used to support the mouthpiece at different angles.
