In VGC, includes 2 mouth pieces, 6 reeds, neck strap, hard case. One mouthpiece is the 4C that came with it the other a Berg Larson 30 3 SMS that I bought at a later date. There are a few slight scratches on the back of the main body where it has rubbed against me when I played it and one scratch on the rim of the bell. Pads are all very good and plays well.
