Vintage Meyer Bros New York Medium Chamber alto saxophone mouthpiece. This came from the collection of a top NYC jazz sax pro who is downsizing his collection. The mouthpiece was previously touched up by Brian Powell who does top notch work. The table, tip and rails all look perfect, as you'd expect with Brian's work.

This mouthpiece was originally a 4 and has been opened up to. 078, which is a 6 tip opening.
