Vintage Berg Larsen Hard Rubber Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece 90 2 M =. 100 Tip
Check out my other items. Be sure to add me to your favorites list. His listing is for a vintage Berg Larsen hard rubber alto saxophone mouthpiece. This one probably dates to the late 1970's or early 80's. It has horizontal mill marks on the table. It has the "straight bill" profile, and bullet shaped drop off from the back of the baffle. The shank is stamped 90 2 M. Normally Bergs run smaller than indicated, but this one is actually larger. The tip opening measures in at. 100, which is pretty wide for an alto mouthpiece. It is capable of lots of volume, that's for sure! This mouthpiece is in excellent condition. The facing is perfectly smooth, and original. There are no tooth indentations on the beak. It is a bit discolored from age.
