This is a Rare Vintage Jody Jazz ESP Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece with spoiler made from gold plated brass. It has 090 engraved on it which is the same as a size 8. The spoiler makes it easier to hit the altissimo notes but I preferred to play without. I ordered this direct from Jody Jazz about 20 years ago. It is in good used condition with some marks on gold plating consistent with use and a bite mark on mouthpiece black patch(see pics)!

This was my preferred mouthpiece for a while before going back to ebonite mouthpiece to suit the style of music my band was playing! It has since been kept stored for about 10 years. These mouthpieces are now rare and no longer available so are like gold dust! For more information see link below.
